 Certified Nurse Assistant I (CNA I) Part-Time

 The CNA I provides clients with various personal care and light housekeeping services in according to an established plan   of care so that they can safely remain in their own residence. The CNA I plays a vital role in preventing the older adult and   adults/children with disabilities from being placed into facilities.

 Job Duties​

 • Provide assistance with:

 bathing, dressing, grooming, nail /skin care, back care, foot care, shampoo, oral hygiene, ambulation, transfers, range of   motion exercise, safe use of equipment and assistive devices (wheelchair, walker, crutches, cane), toileting and use of   commode, incontinence care, meal planning, meal preparation, feeding, self-medication administering, and light housekeeping

 Qualifications

 • High school graduate or G.E.D

 • Successful completion of a state-approved In-Home Aide NA I course

 • Be listed on the NC Health Care Personnel Registry

 • Take and pass drug screening

  • Pass criminal background and state driving record check

 • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English​

  • Ability to complete documentation using EHR

 • Must have reliable transportation

​ Personal Care Aide (PCA) Part-Time

 The PCA provides clients with various personal care and light housekeeping services in according to an established plan   of care so that they can safely remain in their own residence. The PCA plays a vital role in preventing the older adult and   adults/children with disabilities from being placed into facilities. The successful candidate will be kind and compassionate   with excellent interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

 Job Duties​

 • Provide assistance with:

 bathing, dressing, grooming, nail /skin care, back care, foot care, shampoo, oral hygiene, ambulation, transfers, range of   motion exercise, safe use of equipment and assistive devices (wheel chair, walker, crutches, cane), toileting and use of   commode, incontinence care, meal planning, meal preparation, feeding, self-medication administering, and light   housekeeping

​

 Qualifications

 • High school graduate or G.E.D

 • Be willing to complete a state approved on-the-job training PCA program and successfully demonstrate personal care skills to become a certified PCA.  

 • Take and pass drug screening

  • Pass criminal background and state driving record check

 • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

  • Ability to complete documentation using EHR

 • Must have reliable transportation

 IV Infusion Nurse (RN) PRN

 A successful infusion nurse candidate must be very competent in infusion therapy and catheter management.

 

 Job Duties

  • Perform catheter access, site care, and catheter management for CVLs: PICC, Port, Tunneled catheter, and peripheral IVs.

  • Assess vital signs and a complete assessments on every visit 

  • Perform IV medication administration of specialty medications per MD orders

  • Collect blood draws via venipucture or CVL, according to MD orders

  • Provide patient education on self-administration of medication

  • Complete documentation of visit notes through electronic charting and submit within 48 hours

 

 Qualifications​

  • Diploma, ADN or BSN degree in Nursing

  • Current BLS and/or ACLS certification

  • Current unencumbered NC or compact RN license

  • Demonstrate competency in IV infusion therapy with 2 years of experience in infusion therapy and site care management. Experience in medication reconstitution preferred.

  • Must have strong peripheral IV insertion and site assessment skills

  • Ability to work independently and autonomously. Comfortable with visiting client private home environment.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively relay needs of the patient and nurse for home infusion to the pharmacy and /or other team members.

  • Pass criminal background and state driving record check

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

  • Ability to complete documentation using EHR

  • Valid driver's license

  • Current automobile insurance and adequate transportation
